Club Career
Tihhon has started his professional football career joining FC Levadia Tallinn in 2000. Assigned to play on the right wing in 2001, he has defended colours of FC Levadia Tallinn and Maardu and became a Cup winner in 2002 with the second squad.
Since 2003 Tihhon has been playing permanently in the main squad and has seen his team win the Championship and Estonian Cup.
Before the season 2010 was played 222 matches in total and scored 3 times for FC Levadia.
On January 2010, he signed a contract with Azerbaijan Premier League club FK Khazar Lankaran.
